Dynamic Benefits Insurance Consultant is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to join our team! You will report to the Senior Account Manager and assist on all facets of the client service cycle. There is opportunity to grow in this position! Looking for someone to learn and someday become Senior level.
-Provide exceptional support/service to clients.
-When directed, function as the first point of contact for carriers and client employees.
-Handle issues such as benefit inquiries, group billing issues, and COBRA administration.
-Process enrollments, terminations, and changes as needed.
-Handle claim issues when necessary.
-Assist Senior Account Manager with plan renewals and implementation.
-Conduct on-site employee educational/enrollment meetings as directed.
-When directed, create various exhibits/marketing materials for use in presentations.
-Handle extensive data entry and recording of critical information into company CRM systems.
-2-3 years experience working in the benefits industry preferred.
-Desire to provide excellent client service.
-Strong technology skills. Proficiency with MS Office and G Suite. Familiarity with CRM platforms.
-Ability to build rapport with clients.
-Deadline and detail-oriented. Good ‘follow up’ skills required.
